Crash Trilogy crashes my PC. The computer restarts, blue screen. The first days I was able to play without problems, but out of the blue, every time I play Crash, between 2 and 15 minutes the problem happens. I formatted the PC and solved the problem for a while, but now the same thing has happened to me again.
hello, that's a common issue with that game. try one of the following: 1) press Alt+Enter to make game to appear in fullscreen. 2) if you have Radeon videocard, then disable "virtual super resolution" in AMD Radeon Software. 3) if you have Nvidia videocard, then disable "DSR"-related options in Nvidia Control Panel.
A kind request please, Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy in 21:9 .. the game does recognize the 3440x1440 resolution but it only plays with black bars :) Many thanks!
I seem to have solved the problem for NVIDIA. Launch NVIDIA Control panel. Under "Manage 3D settings" in the list on the right. "Program Settings" tab. Select program to customize: crashbandicootnsanetrilogy.exe. Ambient Occlusion -> grayed out "Not supported for this application". Anisotropic filtering -> off.
Even if the Trilogy doesn't run at 60FPS on PC, we might be able to bypass it through configuration files, or someone will find out the correct offset value(s) to change by hex-editing the executable. Let's just hope that 60FPS (or even unlimited) is the default, which is what PC is meant for these days.

Had the same problem with the XBox one controller. I hate the vibration but couldn't find any solution to turn it off, the software from microsoft to disable the vibration works only with the Elite controller. Opened the Gamepad and cut the wire of the rumble motors and took it out. The Gamepad is much lighter without the motors.
AMD, plz help!! :zote: Radeon Settings > Preferences > Additional Settings > CCC Slim > Power > Switchable Graphics Application Settings. From this menu you can manually add applications to High Performance mode so they will use the Radeon GPU. #7.
If you have the problem that the game starts with the wrong resolution and in windowed mode here's the resolution how i fixed it, you can minimize the game and hover over it on your task bar to see where in the menues you are, that way you can navigate to the options menue and change the resolution setting. hope this helps. < >

According to the outlet, Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy runs at native 4K resolution on Xbox One X but only 1440p on PlayStation 4 Pro. It's by far the best console version out there. It's great
This is why N. Sane had a one year exclusivity on Playstation and CTR:NF and Crash 4 had exclusive content only to Sony. Sony was working with Activision to get these games made, because for them, they know hardcore Sony fans do love Crash still. The fact the N. Sane Trilogy helped sell PS4 consoles when it was first announced is a testament to

The platforming IS slippery and unfair, it's somthing to do with the physics engine, the devs applied the same physics from Crash 3 accross all games but it doesn't interact properly with the older games' level geometry so Crash 2 you miss a few jumps but Crash Bandicoot is outright broken in places.
Originally posted by Scott McQueen: Other things to try, make sure xbox dvr is off, fullscreen optimisation is off. And also, in the nvidia panel I would make sure you have your gpu selected in the rendering gpu, rather then it being on auto select. The game has a habit of trying to use the onboard gpu's.
Originally posted by Król Julian: alt + enter = Incorrect format. This will make the desktop resolution higher so you can view the whole game window: Enable DSR 2x, and change desktop resolution to the new high resolution you added. Open game, change resolution to your usual native desktop resolution. Disable DSR.
